When does a miss cost a heart?
Only when you could have known better: you turned a card whose partner you had already seen. A miss with two cards you had never seen is free.
How do I get three stars?
Clear the level without losing a heart. Each heart you keep is a star. You can replay any level, and the map keeps your best result.
I bought Pro on another phone. How do I get it back?
Sign in with the same Apple ID or Google account, open Settings in Pairsley and tap Restore purchases.
Why do I see ads?
The free version shows a short ad after some cleared levels from level 20 on, at most one every three minutes. It never shows an ad after a lost level or in practice. Pairsley Pro removes all ads.
Will I lose my progress on a new phone?
Your progress is part of your phone's iCloud or Google backup. Restore the backup on the new phone and your levels and stars come with it.
